Both. Audits and one-off implementations are per project with a fixed price. Fractional CTO and ongoing mentorship are on a monthly retainer. You choose the model that makes the most sense for your operation.
No. Audits are one-off projects. For monthly retainers, the minimum is 3 months to ensure I can generate real impact. But there's no cancellation penalty.
